SURFACE PREPARATION:
New wood surfaces should be sanded and be clean and free of dust,
grease or dirt. Previously finished wood must have all old finish removed.
APPLICATION:
Surface should be free of finishes, wax, or contaminates. Sand with
220 grit
sandpaper, remove dust.
Rub Jel'd Stain™ on surface with a lint free cloth in a circular
motion. Wipe
with the grain to remove excess stain. Multiple coats may be applied to
obtain a darker color.
DRY TIME:
Allow at least 2 hours dry time, make sure stain is completely dry before
finishing. Multiple coats of stain or heavy application may require longer
drying times.
FINISH:
Apply two to three coats of Wood Kote polyurethane or lacquer.
